NEMP 42 U RACK

Modular NEMP Shielded Networking Racks/Cabinets Constructed from prefabricated Galvanized Steel panels Bolted and together with conductive mesh gasket between the panels, inside and Outside of Cabinet, MIL Grade Galvanized Steel.

Panels have Fully MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welded corners with conductive finish to prevent corrosion and high conductivity giving good RF performance.

The Top of the cabinet has M10 blind threaded inserts having the eyebolts fitted into these, They can be removed when not required without decreasing the RF performance .Each NEMP Racks are designed to user requirement’s providing a highly customized solution .The NEMP Racks & Cabinets Provides Shielding effectiveness.

The NEMP RACKS can take a weight of 800Kgs equipment.

Magnetic Filed 500Khz to 1 MHz = 80dB
Electric Field 10Mhz to 80/100 MHz = 80 dB/90db

Designs

NEMP Networking Racks Design available upto 48U sizes, with many additional accessories . NEMP racks are supported with Rugged 19” Rack Frame design mounting system .The NEMP racks includes various NEMP filters adapted to type usage. The Doors are special Design with patended Single leaf double knife edge door with copper beryllium contacts. The Construction and Design allows Full NEMP protection as per MIL 188-125-1 & Higher Shielding Effectiveness.

Test Reports /Certificates for Shielding Effectiveness & Pulse Current Injection Test for NEMP Filters are provided.
